Many thanks to artistickids for creating an account JUST to upload and share the wings she made for her daughter, AC.
They showed up last April and were made for a figure skating routine that told the story of the raven.
The back of blanket was done in T’lingit style, covering her raven costume until the right moment.
I only wish we had video of this, since I’m sure it was AMAZING.

Gotta be careful though, since falling with one’s arms all tied up in a costume wouldn’t be good. Would need to practice a bit first…

Been setting aside time lately to work on my wing bucket list, and really wanted to finish my latest post tonight but it's getting late, so I'll just throw this out there & make myself go to bed now so I can be coherent tomorrow & finish it then when I'm more awake.
